Dr. Hospedales is wonderful. She was accommodating to a weekend(Sunday) appointment due to my work schedule. I felt at ease explaining my concerns and Dr. Hospedales set up a plan that works for me. I highly recommend Dr Hospedales.

Not sure how to actually put into words the immense amount of gratitude I feel after finding Dr. Avi and her team. The amount of professionalism and care that her and her team provide is something I wish everyone finds. I have been suffering with my health for over four years, I went to multiple doctors and even went overseas looking for help. It wasn’t after working with Dr. Avi and her team that I have been able to find relief and REAL solutions. They take the time to listen and actually provide solutions !! If I speak in the highest regard about Dr. Hospedales & what she is set out to do, it wouldn’t be enough! When I truly had lost all hope in our healthcare system, Dr. Hospedales has not only restored that, but she has genuinely taken the time to care & help my specific situation. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone & ENCOURAGE anyone & everyone to go see her if they are seeking answers about their bodies or care to learn a more in-depth approach about themselves. But, being new to the Delray Beach area, we knew we needed to find someone that we felt actually cared about us as people and had the level of experience and expertise that we were looking for. I became a patient of Dr. Avianne Hospidales and Ace Longevity in March 2024. In two months, I have had more attention, more information, more understanding and more knowledge of my medical situation from Dr. Hospidales than in two years with other primary doctors. The difference with Dr. Hospidales is her business model of concierge care. But don't let that scare you off. Her monthly membership is at a very affordable price (with use of your insurance for all tests you may need.) Moreover, Dr. Hospidales always responds so quickly to texts and will meet with you as needed in a beautiful office location in downtown Delray Beach.


The amount of research and thought Dr. Hospedales puts into coming up with a treatment plan for you is unlike anything I have seen. If you are tired of waiting hours to see the doctor only to get a whopping ten minutes, with no explanation why certain symptons are present and only to be presented with a prescription, this is the doctor for you. In the two months I have been with Dr. Hospedales, she has always spent ample time with me going over my symptons (and looking at why they may be happening) and examining test results (and running tests that insurance covers in a comprehensive manner) and coming up with a plan of action for me, along with explaining all the results in detail. She is empathetic and kind, and very cutting edge on research. She also prepares so carefully for each meeting with her patients and I am not exaggerating when I say, she does a ton of research on any conditions you may have to come up with a treatment plan for you. She is very focused on being proactive with you to help bring you back to optimal health, or help keep you there if you have already arrived to where you want to be.



I have a desire for a more holistic approach so she works with me with coming up with treatments around that and we also work with traditional medication as needed. In addition, she is excellent at having a curated list of wonderful referrals to doctors in many specialties. I have seen three of her recommendations and each doctor was superb in his or her speciality.


The quality of my medical care has jumped to the next level since starting with Dr. Hospedales. If you are seeking big city experienced top notch medical training and care but with a small town touch, Ace Longevity and Dr. Hospidales is for you. I am beyond grateful for the time and attention she gives her patients, and for her knowledge and dedication in finding the right medical solutions for each patient. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a doctor that is meticulous, and beyond caring you’ve come to the right place! I have had to reach out to her early in the morning and expected to get a return text and instead I received a call with a caring voice on the other end. If prescriptions were needed they were at the pharmacy before I could even hang up from my appointment. She provides true concierge care and always goes above and beyond. She has no idea the confidence she has given me to face some of the challenges of getting older just by educating me and ensuring I had thorough care. I am so happy to have her on my team of this thing we call life!

I was really sick and literally dying of flu. I have a full time career and a little toddler, and no nanny- lol. I can’t get sick. Dr. Hospedales was so kind to take me in, and hear me coughing and crying slobbering everywhere, and my temperature was 102. I was a mess. Not only did she chill me out literally, and totally relate to me, she actually calmed me down mentally-lol. She’s like a”Patient Whisper”, for folks with the flu. I was such a basket case, and she helped me to get the proper treatment ASAP, and feeling 100% better ASAP. She’s Just amazing!!! Not to mention, she actually called me back in a day or so to check on me… what DR’s do that these days? This is now my Dr. forever!!!
