Avianne Hospedales, MD
Meet Dr. Avi
Founder, Ace Longevity | Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician
Personalized Primary Care, Functional & Longevity Medicine
Dr. Avi believes exceptional care begins with a trusted relationship: one that gives you time to be heard, understand your health, and plan for the years ahead.
Her commitment to prevention became deeply personal during residency, when her mother was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer after declining screening. Losing her mother shaped the physician she became and reinforced the importance of trust, communication, and proactive care.
After more than a decade caring for patients and serving as a medical leader, she founded Ace Longevity to offer thoughtful, personalized care with lasting physician-patient relationships.
Based in Palm Beach County and licensed in Florida and Colorado, Dr. Avi combines comprehensive internal medicine with a focus on prevention, hormonal and metabolic health, and healthy aging. She develops individualized plans and coordinates with specialists when needed.
Her goal is to help you feel better, protect your health, and keep doing what matters most to you.

Meet Josh Goldworm
Co-Founder, Ace Longevity
Josh co-founded Ace Longevity with his wife, Dr. Avi, to help build a practice centered on personalized care and lasting relationships.
With a background in renewable energy, he brings experience in building mission-driven businesses and a focus on long-term impact. At Ace Longevity, he leads strategic growth, operations, and the patient experience, helping make care feel welcoming and well organized.
His commitment is also personal. Living with Crohn’s disease and navigating other health concerns has shaped his appreciation for clear communication, coordinated care, and a physician who takes time to understand the whole person.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys pickleball, snowboarding, paddleboarding, and staying active. He values the ability to keep doing what he loves, a perspective that informs his work at Ace Longevity.
Together, he and Dr. Avi are building a practice where patients feel known, supported, and involved in their health.
